The Iron Range Rocks!

Celebrate the music from Minnesota’s Iron Range with performances from The Brothers Burn Mountain, Hobo Revival and The Sectionals beginning at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28. Guitar and drum duo Ryan and Jesse Dermody have been performing as The Brothers Burn Mountain for 25 years. Based out of their off-the-grid, self-constructed studio near Cotton, the duo has toured relentlessly around the midwest for more than two decades. The Brothers Burn Mountain have released 11 full-length albums of original music and released a “best of” collection in 2025.

Hobo Revival, based out of Nashauk, has been performing their straight-ahead brand of rock and roll across northern Minnesota for 15 years. Led by singer-songwriter Kim Nagler, the group released its latest album “The Pulled Pork Sessions” in 2024.

The Sectionals are a vocal octet performing classic jazz and modern acapella favorites. The ensemble features members from throughout the Iron Range.

This event is made possible in part by a grant from the Arrowhead Regional Arts Council with funds appropriated from the Minnesota Legislature from its General Fund.

Advance E-tickets will be available for $20 (plus $3.18 in fees) on Eventbrite HERE beginning at 10 a.m Thursday, Oct. 1. Paper tickets will be available for $20 at Zenith Bookstore in West Duluth (plus $1 handling fee) and at Globe News in Superior (cash only).
