Songwriter/Storyteller livestream: Ross Thorn

Duluth-based singer-songwriter Ross Thorn will perform work from his debut album Hugo and talk about his life in music during the January installment of the “Live from The Heart: Songwriters/Storytellers Series.”

The event will be livestreamed on the Sacred Heart YouTube channel.

Duluth-based string musician Clifton Nesseth will host.

Thorn, the 2023 winner of the Trampled by Turtles Palomino grant, is a native of northern Wisconsin. His music emanates a warm, soulful sound and explores internal struggles of empathy, questions of human character, and an enduring search for hope.
