DESCRIPTION:jeremy messersmith is an indie pop singer-songwriter and one of Minnesota’s most recognized and celebrated artists\, praised by The New York Times\, NPR\, USA Today\, Paste Magazine\, The Wall Street Journal\, Time Magazine\, Spin\, and Rolling Stone among many others. \nA thoughtful\, clever lyricist with a tender voice\, the Minneapolis-based troubadour crafts songs that are catchy and relatable\, and span the emotional gamut from poignancy to whimsy. jeremy is one of those rare artists who can break your heart one minute\, and then put those fragile pieces back together again the next. \njeremy returns to the Sacred Heart altar stage performing with cellist Dan Lawonn. \n Lanue\, a project featuring Duluth singer-songwriter Sarah Krueger\, will open with a solo set. \nAdvance e-tickets available HERE beginning at 10 a.m. Friday\, Oct. 7 for $20. Paper tickets will be available at Globe News in Superior and Zenith Bookstore in West Duluth. Tickets will be available at the door for $25 (general) and $10 (student rush) while they last. Doors open at 6:30pm.
